According to DeadLine Hollywood Sam Raimi and Tobey Maguire are signed on for Spiderman 4 and 5. The source it would appear is a studio insider. There is no official confirmation of this. They also hint that 4 and 5 might be shot back to back to save on costs and make it easier to bring everyone back. Doc Conners is the rumored villain.
