On a side note all those rumors of Max Payne getting rated PG-13 and then Hollywood Reporter saying its Rated R seems to be a bunch of hogwash. My good friend Vic at ScreenRant pointed out the MPAA has it listed as PG-13 so the trades have it wrong.
