Heroes is once again kicking a whole lot of ass. It seems obvious that after the lack luster second season that pissed off fans they are pulling out all the stops for season 3. The third episode is without question the best yet which is saying alot since the last few episodes have been outstanding.
In this episode the highlight is Peter who gets sent 4 years into the future to find out that he is a terrorist who is wanted not only by other Heroes but also by his brother who is now president. The big shock comes when Sylar turns out to be a domesticated dad who is a good guy now who has control of his power. Of course this doesnt last and the outcome is explosive in every sense of the word.
The future is quite muddled with good guys acting like bad guys and vice versa and its all very muddy as to who is the good guy and who is the villain which plays very well into the concept of the third season which is of course 'Villains'. The new villain which is really quite shocking or at least the new SOON TO BE villain is Suresh. He has gone from helpfull researcher to deranged power hungry monster and very soon I expect him to cross the line into the 'dark side' so to speak. The Cheerleader was not seen this episode accept in the future where you dont know if she is good or bad since she keeps some pretty bad company and even ends up killing somebody very close to her. Its oh so muddled and oh so fun. The writing in HEROES Season 3 just keeps getting better and better.
I at this point have no idea at all who the good guys are, who the bad guys are but one thing is for sure it is a fantastic episode to what is panning out to be a fantastic season. If you are not watching you should start. Its worth it!
