So much for a dark, gritty and ass kickingly violent sequel. According to LatinoReview LionsGate has once again opted for money over a quality R rated movie and will release Punisher Warzone with the PG13 rating. Considering they sent the INSANELY awesome Midnight Meat Train right to DVD with a half ass theatrical release in dollar theatres.. I am not at all shocked.
This will mean they can open the film up to a wider audience and make more money on DVD when they double dip us with a special directors cut after the theatrical release hits DVD. Gotta love it.
