According to the fine folks at Filmonic the folks at Paramount and Michael Bay are taking a huge leap and dropping the 2 from Transformers 2: Revenge of the Fallen instead naming it... drum roll please.... Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. Exciting I know!
You will recall that Megan Fox, Josh Duhamel, Tyrese Gibson and John Turturro will reprise their roles in Michael Bay’s Transformers 2. Transformer 2 will be released into theatres June 26th 2009 giving them plenty of time to complete the script which Michael Bay had a part in writing. Now you will likely kick my ass for saying this but as much as I loved the Transformers growing up the movie did not at all live up to my expectations.
