In a recent intereview Chris Evans spilled the beans on Fantastic Four 3 and its not looking good even though he is signed on to do it. When asked what he thought of another Fantastic Four movie and whether another one would be in the pipes he said;
I don’t think so. I think if there would have been, we would have heard about it by now. I tend to think with those things, the second movie comes out and they start working on the next script and I haven’t heard a thing so I imagine that chapter is closed.
In response to being signed for a third film and how much the last one made he said;
It still made money. I know. It seemed like a cash cow. I’m not chomping at the bit to jump back into the tights [laughter]. If they don’t want to make one, I’ll probably be okay with walking away.
The last Fantastic Four was a pretty good flick, not great but a hell of alot better then the first one. I could handle another one.
