wolverine poster Wolverine Trailer DescriptionFrom IMDB comes a run down on the new wolverine trailer. This description comes courtesy of a poster on their boards;

Begins with music from the film Sunshine. Shows clips of Wolverine as a child, then as a soldier, and finally holding the body of (I think) Silver Fox. Sabretooth’s claws scratch out a smily face, indicating his involvement with her death.

Striker talks Wolverine into joining a special team. Quick shots include Blob, Deadpool, Kestrel, and Silver Fox. Wolverine is offered a dogtag, and he says he wants it to say ‘Wolverine’. He’s placed into the adamantium chamber with Agent Zero overlooking the procedure. He breaks free, screaming and killing people. Zero shoots him repeatedly but it does nothing.

A high ranking military official tells Striker they invested half a billion dollars into making him invincible. Wolverine makes something behind him blow up. Wolverine goes to a card game and says ‘I know who you are Gambit’. Gambit throws cards into a guy and sends him flying across the room, then swings a staff around.

Wolverine is shown battling Sabretooth, most of which is in slow motion. Sabretooth runs on all fours. There’s lots of hopping before Wolverine tackles him through a sheet of glass. There are quick shots of Silver Fox, Blob fighting Wolverine, Gambit powering up his staff, Hummers chasing Wolverine whilst on a motorcycle, Emma Frost, young Logan with metal claws, Wolverine taking out a car then leaping at a helicopter and grabbing on.

Finally Sabretooth asks Wolverine ‘Do you even know how to kill me?’ to which Wolverine replies ‘I’m gonna cut your head off and see if that works’ to which Sabretooth smiles and shows his fangs.

Overall most of the footage is similar to the comic con preview, with extra dialogue, extended shots, and some reordering.

I can not wait for this movie to hit theatres!
