Kevin Spacey to Return as Lex Luthor

I find this news a bit early and honestly I dont believe it. According to The Belfast Telegraph via WAM Kevin Spacey said in a recent interview that he will return as Lex Luthor in the upcoming Superman: Man of Steel. For my thinking I think they should probably nail down the story, director and villains before we start hearing they are going to be completely un-imaginative and bring back Lex. As if there are not any other villains we could use in a Superman movie.
