Apparently the Superman Reboot and all the talk of how unhappy the studio was with Bryan Singers work.. is not so valid. MovieWeb is reporting today that the Reboot is moving ahead and the word is that Bryan Singer will in fact direct..... or will he?
“At the moment I can’t really talk about that,” said Singer. “I wish I could. From my perspective I’m going to take a brief pause. Valkyrie has taken a long time so I’m going to take a pause. A movie like that takes some time to do right. That’s all I can say about that.”
He basically skirts the issue and says he is busy and can not talk about it. For all we know he can not talk about it because he knows nothing about it. You will recall that the President of DC Comics confirmed a month ago that Brandon Routh will return as Superman. Question is do you want Bryan Singer back in the directors seat?
